ADR Mediator Profile Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer mediator for our program. This information tells us about you and helps us to properly assign mediations.

BEFORE entering your information into the Mediator Profile Page, please have the following information scanned and available to import into the system. Only documents in PDF format will be accepted!

• Copies of your ADR training certificates; at a minimum, a certificate for the 40-hour course (or equivalent certification) must be provided
• Copies of your transcripts or education records
• Copy of your resume

PLEASE NOTE: Delays will cause the ADR System to “time out,” requiring you to start over. Entries can NOT be saved and continued at a later time.
