Quarterly ADR Activity Report
State ADR Coordinators are responsible for compiling and reporting agency ADR activity on a quarterly basis effective July 1, 2009.
This data reflects the type and quantity of ADR activity occurring in your organization, and is important in demonstrating the “use, cost and success” of ADR in your organization and within the state. To learn more please view the ADR Reportable Activity – EXAMPLES
Your information is critically important to us; the ADR Bureau collects and analyzes this information, and presents a summary of the results in our end-of-year report.
Please refer to the following table for quarterly report due dates:

| 1st Quarter (July 1st – September 30th) | 10/7/2023 |
| 2nd Quarter (October 1st – December 31st) | 1/7/2024 |
| 3rd Quarter (January 1st – March 31st) | 4/7/2024 |
| 4th Quarter (April 1st – June 30th) | 7/7/2024 |
All reports must be submitted using this online reporting system.
