Title and Registration – Submission Form
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
PLEASE FORWARD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION TO TSD ONCE ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED:
To title a new vehicle you must send in the following documents: (all documents must be originals, no copies)
1.   Title/registration form on the GSD/Transportation Services website.
2.   MCO (Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin)
3.   Odometer Disclosure Statement
4.   Purchase Agreement or Dealers Invoice
TSD will not be able to generate a title, plate or registration until all items are received
