Financial stress impacts overall wellbeing, including sleep, mental health, self-esteem, physical health, and relationships at home.

Facilitated by Hannah Bell, a financial wellness consultant and the owner of Bottom Line Personal Finance. Hannah holds a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law and is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®). After personally realizing the impact of financial freedom and witnessing the financial and career struggles of colleagues and professionals around her, Hannah left practicing law to become a financial wellness consultant. Her mission is to help clients learn to manage money mindfully to achieve their goals. Hannah believes that managing money well is a key component of a happy life. Hannah is an experienced mediator and co-teaches mediation at the University of New Mexico School of Law. She incorporates mediation practices into her work, particularly when working with couples and business partnerships to have difficult and meaningful money conversations.
